Best financial channel, no BS, no cringe ass "confused/shocked" thumbnails. Just facts and honest opinions! Thanks
  • Let’s all pretend to be shocked the US Government failed at something else again!

Home prices are up, Property taxes are up, Home insurance is up, Rent is up, Cost of living all has gone up. America right now is unaffordable. I give up!

One of the hardest things about the last couple years, I think, is doing everything you can to put yourself on the right track and get ahead, and still get no where. Working hard, making smart choices and still being a "loser" is a tough bill to swallow.

"The Problem isn't a lack of money, food, water or land... The Problem is that you're given control of these things to a group of greedy psychopaths who care more about maintaining their own power than helping mankind." - Bill Hicks

The govt should never have allowed institutions to buy family homes. Best solution is to tax the hell of such institutional ownership. Get those houses back on the market for the average American.

As someone who has a few decades on you, my advice is never wait for the government to come to the rescue. You'll be waiting a long time, possibly forever.
  • @ZacRockwell
Making the most money I have ever made, am the most broke I have ever been. Will never be able to buy where I live until I double my income

We are witnessing the rapid downfall of this country and it’s sad. Housing, cars, groceries—all not affordable. The situation is dire.
  • @imafan26
It's not just home ownership. Rentals are also unaffordable forcing people to live with relatives or be houseless.
  • @imsok000
I blame our government for for taking as much money as they can from us and giving it to other countries....we need to stop paying them and start taking care of our own like other countries do

When everyone you know is in the same boat you don't feel shame, you feel rage. That's the crisis I'm really worried about.
