  • 11 Years later BBC later they're saying it is Russia propaganda 😂

The woman on the phone said "At least if they give us autonomy, I would agree to trat. I don't think that in Russia Putin needs us" and the reporter translated it: "we want autonomy, we don't want to be part of Russia", which is false.

Now, 8 years after this video was posted, the video acquired a historical depth. Much to think about.
  • Its hard to find two sided information especially with todays social media.
  • @johnadams7480
who's here in 2022 just trying to understand how this whole mess started
  • it's disgusting! being from northern Ireland I understand what it is like growing up in conflict over who owns what.. you will never get a leader in these lands that want and promote peace... most people just want peace, fairness and a way forward.. but not the leaders, they want us divided so we can keep fighting to meet their egocentric agenda... we can't change history but we an prevent further deaths.. ✌️🕊️
  • However, reporter didn't understand what the women said. The russian women said: "We want to be at least autonomy, because Putin doesn't want us".Reporter said " We don't want to be with Russia".  Please, travel with a translater at  least, if you do not understand everything what people say in Russian.

"Pro Russians"... You should have opened a book of history. People in Donbass speak Russian since the 17th century there

Женщина говорит Путин нас не хочет а корреспондент переводит что они не хотят с Россией не врите хотя бы в переводе
  • What happened to these high standards of honest journalism the BBC had that we were so proud of? Those days have surely gone. Peace and love.

Very good to hear all points of views. Having the right to choose and live in peace is important

I apreaciate this video BBC 7 years later and it's still relevant today. Sad to see they thought there wouldn't be a war.

Humans tend to forget even just 8 years ago, as soon as this war started and everyone started slandering Russia as usual I remembered what was happening years ago.
