Hi this is my reimagined version of the story The Rake which was originally created by Bryan Somerville, I decided to change the way which this story is told because I thought I could perhaps try to tell the story of the rake using a more protagonist driven plot rather than an anthology story like the original. I made sure to incorporate pieces of the Rake's main traits into this story as well as creating my own original ones like mind reading and a higher intelligence. I also decided to give the Rake more of a reasoning to it's killing's so it would make this creature seem more logical top why it goes after a single bloodline rather than killing anyone it comes across.
