  • Hope actually paid the original artist out of his own pocket to re make it.
  • @GoodRide613
Suga is now an official NBA ambassador and had an official clothing line with the NBA teams!
  • @killjoy3000
"Silver voice" is a huge compliment. It's not a diss in any way, shape, or form. They listed the members in the order they joined, not by genre or age
  • @andressae491
V is crazyy, he is known as "Idol of Idols" cause a lot of new kpop artists has him as a role model, his stage presence is the best, his voice is the most different in the group and his that aura of idgaf lol very confident
  • @leeswhimsy
I have never heard a better description of SUGA -- "Raw Cane". YES!
  • @minkeytalk1769
Jin was considered very handsome in Korea, and when they went overseas he was shocked a bit to find he was considered handsome everywhere. People in the US used to say who is that handsome guy, the third from the left and the front door guy, because they didn’t know their names yet. It started as a joke and now he just has fun with it.
  • @Kett6363
The detour to Suga's basketball won me over! And your ability to pronounce new unseen words! Wish I had that skill.
  • @user-nf1el5ih7r
Thankyou for this reaction. I have watched dozens of reactions to this video, and yours is one of the best. You absorbed all the information and didn’t talk over or miss any of the little things about their personalities that make them who they are. They are all currently serving their manditory military service, and as a 75 yr old ARMY, I hope to still be around when the come back together as a group in 2025 🤞💜
  • @SuperCupcake2010
I loved this reaction. I have seen this video a million times and thought it was so endearing everytime you got shocked at one of them. Loved it! Made me feel good as an ARMY. "as you should...you got to protect your power rangers" and I CRY
  • @rapperthv
Lol V is always in talks with anime fans, most of the time for him looking like their fav character
  • @stacybrenton5482
Since you loved V's R & B, you MUST listen to his newly released album, Layover. He has 5 or 6 MVs for most for the songs. And let me tell you - it is FIRE - POWER RANGE Fire. Don't wait - it will blow your head off.

LOL. Okay. Finally subscribed. You took time to do the Guide and you gave it your full attention. My favorite was your face going from how sweet RM was saying "I love you" to ARMY then it transitioned into Suga's Deachwita speed rap. LOL. Priceless. Also, when you almost instantly followed RM on Insta! 💙Whatever you do moving forward, thanks for having an open enough mind to give them a sincere chance. Especially after starting with their Uber Pop songs (which are my least favorite out of their 400+ discography fr). Those are the main reason their image as KPOP Boy Band persists. Which gives them no credit as the versatile global artists they are. They started out as HipHop then added vocals and choreo of the KPOP world at a time that wasn't really done. As a result they were shunned by both the HIPHOP and the KPOP worlds. So they said screw it, we'll do our own thing. Which they did and they did it well. Now all the KPOP try to use the same format. They also only get pigeon holed into KPOP because music industries don't want them competing with their American Pop Stars so they won't award them things unless under KPOP categories. It really gets old. You'll see once you get to see more of what all they do.  They do still do the lives on weverse. But now that they are in the military so we won't get much. JK still takes requests and sings live for us from his living room. V still goes live and plays music he's listening to. RM still goes live to talk about what he's working on. Yoongi isn't on much but still just comforts army and tells us about what he's up to and went live to eat with us each time he finished his DDay tour in each country. Jimin hangs with army and makes crafts with us. Jin tells us about his exploration of foods and delving into making and distilling alcohols. Hope shares what he's up to and the processes involved in making his album. They definitely spoil us. Even being gone, we are getting little gifts all the time that they prepared form before they went into the service. They really are not normal. V just made an impressive video with IU called Love Wins All that is huge right now so you should check that out. I REALLY think you would like RM's song Do You. This is version with Eng Subs: https://youtu.be/rN0_2jyOgzg?si=5LvkqvZ2D1JwSicD For sure, JOKE (but use this link because if you get the one with bad subs, kind of pointless). https://youtu.be/OxMrBNBWksM?si=zvBFvTbzfI3l4sq2. But also.... since you knew Wale. One of my fave collabs is RM's CHANGE with Wale. I like this link. Even though they both do all English, RM's was still difficult to make out some of it and all the lyrics from both are fire, of course: https://youtu.be/97ZQElcBBV8?si=w7U2QNbnbNLIqpRu. Also their song Ugh (about being mad about anger wasted on things that mean nothing like just hating on others; but then also being mad about anger that suddenly disappears when it would be needed to bring about needed changes to make the world better.) And Ddeang (watch or read an explanation of this one to discover how lyrically clever and brilliant RM is in it) which again, kind of them going off on haters. The haters never stop, but they eventually stop responding... these earlier songs are fun when they were still fired up enough to speak their minds so playfully. The Cyphers all respond to haters too, but by Cypher 4 they basically say, they've grown enough to not waste their time them. Their versatility is the best from a fan standpoint. If there is something you don't like, just try the next thing. No two songs are the same, as BTS or in their solo work. It really is a fun journey.

13:32 Just to put it into perspective, Einstein had an IQ of 162 😱 RM is a genius
  • RM has also wrkd w/Warren G, Anderson Paak, Erykah Badu, & Fall Out Boy to name a few more.

Helpful hint for the guide: Not sure if you know.... Korean people counted age differently to others... Korean Age vs International Age - difference is 1-2 years depending on if their birthday has been.... In most older videos, including this guide, they are giving Korean ages so you will need to adjust. The members were only 13-18 years old when they joined BTS and 15-20 yo when they debuted. In Korea when you are born you are considered 1 year old. Then on lunar newyear every year you add another year to your age, no matter what your birthdate is. .... Year of birth - International age at Debut on 13June13 (Year and age became member of BTS) Jin 1992 - 20 yo (2011 - 18yo) Suga 1993- 20 yo (2011 - 17yo) Suga started with MIDI at 11 JHope 1994 - 19 yo (2011 - 17yo)JHope started dancing at 8 RM 1994 - 18 yo (2010 - 15yo) RM started rapping at 11 and was well known in the underground scene at 13 Jimin 1995 - 17 yo (2012 - 16yo) V 1995 - 17 yo (2011 - 15yo) JK 1997 - 15 yo (2011 - 13yo) JK signed with big hit at 13yo Rule of thumb - if it's before their birthday - subtract 2 years to get international age. if it's after their birthday - subtract 1 year to get their international age. The Korean Government has recently (June28) brought in international age as the standard in Korea, but all older videos/ interviews/ shows, will be referencing Korean age. 💜Have a great day

"Silver voice" is meant as a compliment when applied to Jin. It's the same as "golden voice." Don't get mad! Haha! Thanks for the reaction. Very nice. I don't know if you know, but all members of BTS are currently serving their mandatory time in the South Korean military. Jin gets out first, this summer, then J Hope in the fall. They will all reunite as a group in 2025. We ARMYs can't wait.
  • @mawbast1
Yup our Suga is a savage, never piss that man off because there WILL be a song
  • @Sarah-xe7bz
I definitely wasn’t expecting to get one of the best reactions I’ve seen in a long while - you were attentive and engaged but also made it personable enough that I also felt I was engaging WITH you. Very genuine. Can’t wait for you to explore V’s soulful side since you weren’t expecting it at all! I’m excited to see where you go from here 💜
