i feel you so much on the skin picking. i’ve literally been picking at the skin on my fingers since i was little and still continue to do it without even realizing it until i look at my fingers and they’re bleeding. the best thing i’ve done for it is get acrylics on my nails that make it harder to pick at the skin. also, keeping your hands busy like holding something and training your brain to focus on something else!! it’s nothing to be embarrassed about everyone has their own ways of coping ❤️

I feel like your whole family looks so young . You guys are all so beautiful 🫶🏽

I had 2 under 2 and it was hard, but so worth it. It gets a lot easier as they get older and it’s so cute when they can start playing together 😊 My girls are best friends now!

Don’t feel alone with your dermatillomania. I have it really bad as well. I can’t even get my nails done due to how bad my cuticles are and I will sit in the mirror for hours digging at my face. It’s actually relieving to hear you say it because I look up to you and to know we have similar conditions is mind soothing in a way. don’t feel embarrassed! Just keep working through ❤️
  • my skin picking is so bad as well. thank you for talking about it it reminded me that I'm not the only one struggling with it. skin pick girlies lets all be better together!!!

My boys are 19 months apart and I love how close they are in age! It was hard at first since they were on completely different schedules, but I also felt like I was able to spend a lot of one on one time with my older son because of how often his baby brother slept. They’re now 2 and 1 and they play soooo well together and are inseparable. It’s the sweetest thing to see your kids be best friends ❤️

I have been watching you for 9 years and to see you so happy with crew and Jalen is everything! I love you and your family ThankYou for all the great content and sharing your life with us all❤️

I also have struggled with picking the skin on fingers around my nails for as long as i can remember. No one seems to understand how much of a mental battle it really is. I appreciate you for speaking about your experience with it and for reminding me that I am not alone in this! i find that even press on nails help because I physically cannot pick the skin with them on and it allows then to heal. I’m not sure if it’s anything we can ever just get over or be cured of, so all we can do is try our best😊

As a girly who has COD & anxiety- I also struggle with pimple popping….homegirl can spend hours with a twister poppin pimples that aren’t ready…wow I’m not the only one. Thank you for sharing mamas ❤
  • @JuliaRainelle
i swear getting acrylics on my nails helped me sooooo much with my cuticle picking!
  • can i just say thank you for talking about skin picking and dry skin or anything like that i have pimples that will turn into scabs bc i picked them and my fingers and cuticles have been an ongoing battle for me for so long i also hate going to the nail salon, it’s embarrassing for me as well, my hands are so dry and the nail cuticles are the worst part for me as well, def not alone and my vitamin d is so low thought i remember you saying that in an older vlog. you’ve always reminded me of myself so much. but girl love is blind is wild this season so good ❤️ either way love you so much been watching you since i was like 15 you are still so much like me, and everything im in too. so crazy you’re a mommy now and how happy you guys are 🥹🥹❤️
  • Thank you for opening up about the skin picking. My hands/mental health are in the same position right now and it’s debilitating. Sending all the love, hugs, and prayers.
  • @EmilyHummingbird
Girl please don't ever feel bad about having a disorder. Technically everyone on the planet has at least one disorder, diagnosed or not. I have a few and I've been hospitalized for it twice. Disorders are very real things and it doesn't mean you're not a good person if you have one. Disorders are battles, but we are stronger than they are. You're amazing Sarai. Love you girl.
  • @mckennakayte7639
Sarai! I commend you for sharing about your dermatillomania. I have trichotillomania (similar disorder) and just know that when you talk about these things, you help others. :) even if its hard. I've been watching you since the pizza and ranch days! just know that i am proud of you and you're doing great momma!!!
  • Sarai you’re doing great. Skin picking is something I struggle with too. Prayers for you sweet girl ❤❤
