I love ABBA’s songs and I have been in Sweden twice. I can play guitar and sing some songs of ABBA, especially the song S.O.S that I have learned since 1970’s

I feel nostalgic when I listened to ABBA's songs. The song I heard for the first time was Fernando. In those days there were some radio broadcasts for western musics in Japan. Though I couldn't understand what they sang, I loved western musics. Almost songs were western musics from the US or Britain. ABBA were from Sweden, so I felt the song, Fernando ,was brand-new. At that time, the nordic music sounded as if refresing breeze blew. After that, becoming very popular with their song, Dancing Queen, ABBA achieved the fame in Japan. In those days, I heard the song, Dancing Queen here, there, and everywhere. ABBA has a lot of masterpieces such as Dancing Queen, That's me, Take a Chance・・・. Notably, for me, one of the best songs is Winner Takes it All because the lyrics are similar to heart break songs sung by Carpenters. I'm afraid my English skill might be poor. if my English is wrong, please go easy on me. greetings from Japan.

Good time. Good group. Good feelings and memory. I was 5-6 years old when they started. They were very popular in USSR, doesn't matter on politic things! Even we watched on TV concerts of this beautiful Swedish group!
