For those wondering: A Dorodere is someone who looks sweet on the outside but has a dark inside or someone who holds grudges towards others, even love interests (like Alluka from HXH or Runa Yomozuki from Kakegurui) A Yottadere is someone who is always drunk and very rarely sober (e.g, Tsunade from Naruto or Katsuragi from NGE) Edit: A Dorodere Is different from a Yandere because they have thoughts but won't act on them or act violent towards others Edit 2: All right, I guess I should elaborate on 2 things because my notifications have been blowing up. 1: Yes, the characters that yall put on the comments about being a Yottadere are correct, I haven't seen every anime, nor can I list 1000000 examples because we'd be here all day 2: A Yottadere is usually seen drunk, but there are some that never drink around those they care about, so Tsunade is a Yottadere, but she's never seen drinking when Naruto is around

Borodere is a thing, man.. A "Borodere" is a person of good heart who lives in poor conditions. Borodere (ぼろデレ) comes from the word "boroboro" (ぼろぼろ) which means "tattered". If the love interest is of a higher status than the borodere, the borodere will not want to approach their love interest in fear of the problems that this could bring to the love interest. Personality traits: Poor, unhealthy, lonely, needful, indigent, isolated, unfortunate

as someone who has dived deep into this universe called anime on the internet since 2006-2007 ive never heard of any of these terms. they must have been invented when i was binge drinking myself to death for 7 years. i feel like oji-san who went to another world before the concept of tsundere existed, so he missed all the signs from the elf.
