  • I truly enjoy the back and forth between you both. You can push back against each others thoughts/ideas/opinions with respect and understanding and love. Mostly I love The way you let each other be who they are without judgement or resentment. ❤ Thanks for sharing all this very personal stuff with all of us.

Compromise and communication is the key to a successful relationship for sure. ❤
  • I’m only 20 minutes into this video and this is one of the best joint “podcasts” y’all have done since the “winter experience”!!!! Also, of your latest joint podcasts, I prefer when you video outside the rigs for this “joint back & forth” dialog….

Thank you for being brave and putting yourselves out there. I actually see a lot of similarities between your relationship and the one I have with my girlfriend. I’m more like you Chris and my girlfriend is a lot like Linnea. I see how you love the way she lives life and think she’s amazing and appreciate the way she has come in and opened up your outdoor experiences. My girlfriend has done that for me. We both appreciate natures beauty and benefits. We want to experience the peace and freedom that comes from being outdoors, but our upbringings were very different and thus so are our comfort levels when it comes to conveniences. Last summer we made a 30+ day trek from Texas to the west side of Canada in her Toyota Yaris hatchback 🚗 with our pup! Wow! I had never done anything like that before and my comforts were challenged!! The compromise around our comfort levels and the challenge of finding the best time to express individual needs can put a lot of stress on a relationship. It’s been really helpful watching another couple like you guys going through and also trying to figure it out! Job well done! You’re not alone in this! Keep it up! Keep it real. I am wishing the best for you both just like I am for me and my girl ❤.
  • I totally love watching you two travel. You need to not let people who criticize the way you live bother you because it's your life. Life is about living the way you want too. .❤😊

I love how everyone projects their own triggers and stuff onto you and the way you interact. I’m team separate covers and separate rooms when we’re at home. We even built our van that we can have separate beds. Helps a lot to not go crazy in small space😅 Been following girls for a while, first time on Chris channel. Like you and your energy guys❤ keep up the good work👍

Girl preach🙌🏻 My husband and I have been together 29 years and we sleep separately. We have very different sleeping styles ( tv on vs not ,different room temps, and my hubbie moves in his sleep so much) and would never been able to sleep together. I don’t know why people need to know how you SLEEP ? I think people are trying to be nosey about something else without saying it.

My husband & I have been following along with Linnea & Akela for a little bit now, and this was the first time getting to know you a bit more, Chris.. which has been nice! This was really fun you guys! You were making me laugh a lot & think while I sealed some wood. Made the time fly by. Thanks for sharing!

Love seeing Ya'll back together. All 4 of U . Safe Travels Always. God Bless Ya'll. Mucho Love from your friend in Michigan, Tam ❤❤❤

Regarding sleep, its critical where yall are able to lineup... if one strays to a different bed and craves sleeping with another.. its where the conflict builds. IMO.

Great podcast. I loved how Chris turned around the question about keeping score of compromises to say that he is able to recognize when it's his turn to compromise in terms of where you're sleeping. That and the fact that you two couldn't even remember the discussion that lead to Chris traveling in the 4-window bus. That shows that the compromise wasn't that big of a deal to you both. Not like there was this massive "discussion" that lead to that compromise. So wonderful to see.

My problem would be, that I would want everything in the bus crammed into a van. I would probably need a lot of slide outs. And maybe a slide up.😂
  • @1shangann
Y'all are awesome! I like that you have your own space. Living "together" doesnt mean you have to be up each other's butt's all the time. Everybody need space! Yall are awesome! ❤❤❤ Kisses for the puppers 😘🐾🐾

Really nice to hear how you guys compromise but also entertaining and the beauty of your lifestyle when you would shout out, "look at that bird" or "look at those ants", akin to a dog getting distracted by a squirrel. 😅
  • @fargaharable
My partner and I have been together for 7 years. We live in an RV and have separate beds. The dog sleeps on the couch which is also a twin day bed.
  • @granddpa
I love to learn I'm 79 years old in a wheelchair so you guys make my life wonderful with youtubes like you make my life great
  • @ABCpdc
It’s very generous of both of you to share this. I’ll try to remember that y’all don’t require our feedback into your relationship.
