Biggest tip I can give is to have GPS on! Was farting around forever before I did that, and it worked immediately once I turned GPS on.

I first registered my Z6 through their website before i had downloaded the app and then couldn't connect to it with the app. I deleted the Z6 from the app and reentered using the QR code and connection to the app worked. I think you have duplicate entries of your unit on the app, one from QR and one from a website registration.

Just got my Z6 delivered yesterday. Not happy with the way Lowe's delivered it. I would have refused delivery had I inspected it and seen what they brought me. My unit must have been outside at it had some minor rust on it. The manual was soaked and ended up coming apart. I tried to reach someone @ Lowe's to complain for over an hour and couldn't reach anyone...I tried bot the store and corporate. I ended up setting it up as I have been waiting years to get one of these. Thanks to your amazing feedback good sir, I went ahead and bought it and am so very pleased with it. Setup was a bit tricky but your amazing videos helped tremendously! It's so fun to drive that u forget your actually doing a chore. I never wanted a riding mower with bars so the extra fee to get this model with the mack-daddy steering wheel was worth it. If you're on the fence and not sure about the power or driveability or whatever, fear not as Ego is the king of all gasless lawn equipment and they really hit a home run with this mower!

Thank you very much for posting this. I was trying to update the firmware on the main screen once I did it on the initial screen it worked right away it helped my mower to work.

Anyone have a code 401 (loose connection on right wheel motor) that was resolved? Customer service instructed me to bring to a authorized dealer (45 miles away) but a big pain to winch it up a trailer and haul it away. Won't move in forward or reverse on right wheel so it wants to pivot in clockwise circle. Sounds like gears meshing badly. Only 2 hours on meter. Updated software and also did the E-Steer calibration but nothing has solved it yet.
