    Try one at the harbour, or in more congested areas. I usually do mine at the crane, at Ms. Donnahue's apartments, or at the silos, or (at the beach), the bridge pier (where Mr. Satelle starts). In congested areas you get more honks as the cars wriggle past each other.

    Use ARMOR for Clark Jensen, that way you can avoid being slowed down too much.
