No Ms. Su, solar will not keep the power on for air conditioning. Peak air conditioning load is 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (or later) while fixed solar panels generate most of their power output from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Why do they have so-called experts that don't know what they are talking about?

14:11 In Japan we get about twenty-five typhoons per year. Those and the earthquakes, we're just used to it. I'm American; the chief problem there is, they don't build with these kinds of hazards in mind. In America, people build properties according to what they personally want without thinking about floods, wildfires, hurricanes, even tornadoes. There are some places where they have the houses raised up on stilts, but mostly it's last minute preparation which are ultimately ineffective.
