Great video and all very well explained.

When demonstrating the Radio you should operate the controls so you can tell its the project radio producing the audio. So change Tuner to demo how many stations you can receive and also the regen control to hear it go into Oscillation and also the Volume.

I would like to see a similar regen using a fet and giving particular focus on the construction of the coils. A MW receiver would be what I would like to see the most. Awesome videos!

Nice video, but a demonstration of how the radio works would be more instructive than a long speech. See its sound quality, sensitivity, selectivity, the improvements in reception depending on the antennas and earth socket used. Think about it please for future videos 👍 A hello from Belgium 🙋♂️

Great video. A few years ago I found a schematic on line for a two tube battery powered amp for a crystal radio. It uses the 1U5 and 3V4 tubes. I have started doing the research to build your radio to go with my amp for my grandson (once he gets a little older. Have you seen the driver transformer anywhere as described in Mr. Davidson book? Thanks again for your presentation on this subject. Eddie
