"Correcting Misplaced Priorities" with Pastor Rick Warren

Published 2022-06-15
Do you feel like you’ve taken on too much, but don’t know what to do? One of the most common causes of discouragement is misplaced priorities. We get tired because our ultimate goals get crowded by urgent needs. This week, Pastor Rick shares how to clarify what matters most in life and reorder our priorities accordingly so that we can truly make a difference in the world today.

Remarkable. Probably the best sermon I've listened to in many, many years. And I'm old. God bless us all. Make us better people, Father.

Thank you Jesus for dying for my sins. I’m still trusting in you even though I’m struggling putting groceries in the refrigerator, and paying bills. I lost my job because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. My husband passed away three years ago, Im all alone. I’m a single mother. Both of my sons are autistic and non verbal. Every month is a struggle, a battle to not end up on the streets. I’m so depressed and embarrassed by my situation. I post my story all over to spread awareness of what mandates are doing, not just to myself but to many other families. I’ve been put down and mocked because of my circumstances it truly hurts me. BUT even after all these things. I STILL HAVE FAITH GOD WILL PROVIDE. He has sent strangers to help me. I’m forever grateful! EVEN as I face homelessness seemly every month with two young children. I have faith our Heavenly Father will provide. Thank you Jesus.

  • i think relationships or your romantic partnership, unless youre with someone who fully supports you, is probably the greatest distraction in this world. embracing singleness has been one of the hardest things for me to do

    “One more for Jesus” !

Recently in Japan, it’s reported that new born babies are abandoned to death at the train station, public toilets and even the backyard. I just breaks my heart when Pastor Rick says, “one more for Jesus”. Lord, help us do something!
