PHASE 1 = 6-12 months prior to “going on the market”
PHASE 2 = 30 days prior to “on the market”
PHASE 3 = The first 30 Days “on the market”
PHASE 4 = Negotiations (not updated yet)
PHASE 5 = After an “accepted offer” (keep your money)!
