Parenting requires new policies. Maybe then the way cellphones are used both out of the home and more importantly inside of the home would change. It’s sad how society uses the word “parent” toward a person who has given birth or fathered a child. Being a parent means a lot more and thats the bigger problem in the USA. Indulgence and paranoia aren’t parental skills that’s just pure lack of care.
