    I wish I could use this video but the start up music and high pitch beep sound physically hurts too many people's ears to use. Bummer
  • Those were very good ways to respond.. I think I’m more of a passive person… I do think sometimes when you respond passive or assertive or aggressive they can all come off aggressive too. because of the tone of voice that you use and sometimes the choice of words can also make you come off very sarcastic too.

    when lady was aggressive the man got out of the way faster, therefore saving time, and we all know time is money!
