Hunter Thompson would have this rendition on a full wall sized video screen with a stack of Marshall's playing at top volume on repeat for hours.

Got Covid then pneumonia earlier this year. I Watched this video almost everyday when I woke up in the morning. Something about it.. Thanks TherGothon1

I hope that YouTube won't take this one down

The psychedelic raw rock n roll of The Stooges matches perfectly to surreal style of Fear and Loathing. Love it!
-
This fit so well
-
I showed this to my iguana

Two great tastes that taste great together. The Stooges and Gonzo

Hunter S Thompson would have surely approved of "Down On The Street". "Fun House" will be fifty years old on this forthcoming November. Reviled in 1970. Revered in 2020. Nobody has come even remotely close to matching The Stooges. I can tell you because I saw them with Ron, and then with James.

Love it! FUNHOUSE was released just a year before the events of FEAR & LOATHING; they both capture the druggy lunacy of the time, so it was inevitable that someone would weave them together. Thanks for this great video!

Still one of my fav movies of all time.
-
One of the best movie of Depp.
-
This is a great mashup of images and sound. I discovered Iggy Pop and Hunter Thompson at the same time when I was a kid and have mentally linked them together ever since.
-
What’s even funnier and ironic is Johnny depp was in a movie called “cry baby” with Iggy pop in the early 90s! Cool stuff!
-
Holy shit, now this is a badass video. "Funhouse" is the greatest rock album of all time.
-
That it ends on Hunter's cameo was perfection!
-
