Heavy rain is expected across the region as Tropical Storm Debby's remnants make its way to the D.C. area. Several counties in the area are handing out sandbags to residents and business owners to handle potential flooding, especially in low-lying areas.     They have a product at Home Depot and Lowes called Quick Dam, it’s a 10’ barrier you can place behind your doors, it absorbs a large amount of water and they can be reused as often as necessary. It will save you a lot of time, get several.
