    It's so simple that it can be easily overlooked - Is this similar to when children are admonished to, "Stop Daydreaming". Could it be that they are naturally extending the gaps between thoughts?

    learnings- 1) stop taking thoughts too seriously or significant 2) let go of conceiving thoughts of who we are
