Once a law is passed it is very difficult to get it repealed or overturned. This is why bad laws accumulate over time. One solution to this problem would be to require sunset dates on all laws. Each time a law expired it would either have to go through the whole process of being passed again in either its current form or a new form or it would lapse. This would keep legislators busy reviewing laws previously passed so that they would have less time to pass new bad laws.

Every single time I’ve attempted to explain to someone what the NFA is and how one goes about purchasing a suppressor or an SBR, I get no more than a few sentences in before their eyes inevitably begin to glaze over, so I don’t even try anymore. You guys at T-Rex Arms just solved this problem for me with this video, and for that I am grateful.

This video ..is FAR FROM BORING. It should be broadcast over ALL media. A MANDATORY viewing to ALL Politicians.

Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms should be a store name not a government agency.

This is a great video! It is refreshing to see someone taking time to do the research and produce, not only a great video, but a video that is backed up by quality sourced data. Kudos to you T.REX ARMS!

As a high school kid, I found out that "silencers" were required on both car and motorcycle exhausts, no tax stamps required. While silencers will not suppress the sonic boom of bullets exceeding the speed of sound, they will tone down somewhat the muzzle blast of rifles and contribute to hearing protection along with earplugs and muff style hearing protectors.

    "It's not the 20s anymore." You're right, it's the 20s again

"... voter, i mean citizen..." An important distinction to make when talking about the priorities of politicians.

Great video! Hopefully we can get some of these ridiculous restrictions removed sooner rather than later.

I love how clear and well communicated you are. Both an amazing storyteller with the conviction to live it and share it to all. Thank you
  • "we need to stop rich gangsters from legally obtaining their illegal guns by making the guns ridiculously expensive and illegal!" - politician logic

"an assault weapon you basically go bluh luh luh." That politician has the gun vocabulary of a 9 year old.

Great video! I already knew the history but you put it together in a great package to be able to forward to anyone who doesn't understand!

For the scorching and burning when touching the Can, you can wrap it in Exhaust & Header Heat Wrap & Tape no more burns or leaving your skin on the Can. Race cars and motorcycles use it to control 1600F-2000F degrees.

2019: "Firearms use gun powder and are loud, silencers are banned." 2119: "Guns use mag-rails to propel projectiles at high velocities and are quiet, silencers are still banned."

You sell yourself short when you say "a boring video like this one." The research and work you put into this was not only educaitonal, it was captivating. Well Done!
