Storytime: there have been times where I have created servers that are just entirely full of demo knights and demomen, and it's because I call myself the King of Scotland on TF2 wearing prince tavish's crown and the bearded bombardier. I do a really bad Scottish accent and have gotten entire servers to rally behind my stupid plans, there've been times where the enemy team even played along because I got a second friend to do it and we just had like a mini class wars.
