The universe will shed a tear the day he'll have a ring on his finger.

Every time I see clips of Prime D-Rose, I just want to cry.

Imagine if LeBron had teamed up with drose in 2010 instead of going to Miami
  • They say “Prime” but he was just getting started, imagine how he would’ve been when he progressed even more

Derrick Rose never had a prime in my opinion and that says something about his talent.

It's sad to see how just one injury derailed D-Rose's career completely.
  • Rose's ability to finish around the rim and contort his body in air was the best I've seen since Jordan. There were times were I had flashbacks to when I was a kid while watching some of his moves, as though I could swear I had just watched a mini Jordan crash the rim.
  • This is when 'load management' would've been very a career saver. I love the MJ mentality of playing each game because there's one kid who was looking forward to seeing you play. But teams should be smart enough to rest their key players in the 2nd half of the games if the playoffs are in sight for them. Especially if they are primed to compete for the championship.

    His MVP season was memorable.

He actually had 4 knee surgeries and the 50 pt game didn’t go into OT. Even now when healthy, Rose is still a top talent in this league, he just hasn’t had much opportunity or been in a good situation in recent years. I need him to get a ring🌹💯

Control is the key word. Explosive, fast, agile were other blessings he had, but the fact that he had so much control with his package is what mad him DIFFERENT. Sadly, we’re all only human. The human body can only take so much. 😢

Since covid hit, I've been going back and watching old NFL and NBA games. 2010-2012 he was absolutely incredible.
  • I'm sure D rose would have been the best player of his era if he wasn't injured. And I'm sure he knows it as well. the fact that despite this he still managed to accept being nothing more than a very solid pg playing for a low tier team tells you how great of a man he is. His story is incredibly sad and inspiring at the same time that it deserves a movie

Being that athletic comes with a price. His body broke down from it. It's such a shame. Rose could've been one of the all time great Chicago Bulls players.

I hope the injuries that happened to the likes of DRose, Russ and Blake don’t affect exciting young players such as Zion and Ja
