On plastic organizers: when I was growing up my dad always used to say that you didn't need more organization, you need less stuff
  • @ionamaclean2698
I literally love you for the "shouldn't your government be paying for you to have good drinking water?" Yes!!!! Bravo to this!! 🙌🏻
  • "are you writing on these stupid things to know the best before date, because thats stupid" omg I've never heard my exact thoughts so explicitly declared online, I love this guy
  • @porcelanek2701
Nick woke up switched to tea and chose violence. Love it.
  • @celticlass8573
"Aesthetically stupid" is now going into heavy rotation.
  • @Amygaladriel2012
"I want 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 plastic in the world." YES!! I love you, Nick.
  • @kelsey5790
Thank you for actually deinfluencing and not just shitting on products aimed towards broke college kids/teenagers. We know they’re shit we just can’t afford the nicer stuff and deserve to be able to decorate our spaces as we please.
  • Nick please don’t listen to those people on swapping out the clock behind you. I get comfort when tuning in knowing that clock will always read 12:17, something has to be stable in this ever changing world.
  • @sadantnanl1717
Thank you! Finally someone says “I like where I live. I don’t want to change my house.” There is something special about feeling satisfied and contented with one’s space. A designer that helps a client feel those things is worth their weight in gold.
  • @MsSister76
Jesus, I just fell in love with this man. Finally someone who says we don't need all this crap
  • I appreciate your honesty in admitting the differences between influencers and their money, and the average working American and their money. People get so caught up in achieving an influencer style life because they don't understand the differences in HOW money is earned.
  • @valliii
"I grew up with just regular ice and look how I turned out." Salty. But I'm here for it! 😅
  • @mlhguitar6444
Another big problem with pouring your acidic orange juice and coffee (And especially soda) into new containers is that the brand packaging has specialized coatings on the inside to protect the product from spoiling.
  • @kikic95
“Influencing is such a stupid job” 😂😂 I appreciated how angry and honest he was. So refreshing to hear social media personalities actually speaking facts and being honest about the wasteful industry that is social media influencing. We need another video hating on more stupid things ❤️
  • @tgeddes7602
I so appreciate that you opened the video up with your own experience and profitabily of being an influencer! I think my biggest gripe with anti-influencing videos is that they completely ignore that they themselves are influencers that profit.
  • @arizonie994
Nick, don't apologize for your 'angry' mood. I've never laughed so hard. I agree with you - we don't need more stuff.
  • @phreakli
"Aesthetically stupid" I'm stealing that 😅
  • I am so glad you classigied the acrylic trays with "if they are durable, and you are going to use them" I was using them before they became an influencer trend to corral and contain things in my bathroom, pantry and kitchen. But I would never buy without purpose and have been known to create and replace cardboard stand ins until I find the right size and shape, sometimes for months.
  • @aimee-made
The ONLY acrylic organizers that MIGHT be a step up are the sealable ones for storing things like flour, sugar, etc. Way tidier than the crumpled bag (that it comes in from the store). Less likely to spill, stays fresh longer, and less likely to attract any errant pests. But... the same thing could probably be accomplished by reusing the containers that OTHER foods come in. That GIANT clear plastic bin of cheese balls? The one that mixed nuts comes in? The one that the salad greens came in? Wash those out and reuse. Kind of like everyone's grandma had her mending kit in a Danish Butter Cookie tin.
