Thank you so much for your garden tour showcasing your stunning rose collection. It’s truly something I look forward to. I too have had delays in getting roses that I ordered over a year ago from Grace Rose Farm… not afraid to say their name. I will never buy from them again. If the sum of us who’ve had delayed rose orders spoke publicly MAYBE they’d, as you said, hire more people. They’re earning interest on our money!!! I’m tired of it. I know this problem has hit other growers BUT Grace Rose Farm has endless excuses that only insult my intelligence… always a different excuse. Ok—rant over. You have introduced me to some varieties that I had not heard of and just purchased Star of Republic… cannot wait to grow this stunning Rose. Hope you get your voice back soon because it’s so soothing and excellent to hear while gushing on your beautiful garden!
  • Greetings from Ireland, Great video and beautiful garden, We have one very old peony rose in the garden no thorns great we get along. My mother is eighty seven and she has lots of the dangerous thorny ones, I call down to her every weekend to look after her flower beds. I don't wear garden gloves when I'm gardening and there have been times when I weed around them I thought I'd end up in A&E. My mother tells me to wear gloves but do I listen no so I get what I deserve

Thanks so much for sharing! You just gave me a good idea that I should be treating my Madame Anisette and Olivia as climbers - because they do act like them in my climate. I'm in FL and they are extremely healthy, almost no black spot with little or no treatment, so I am happy with them. Now, I am gonna train them as climbers instead of keeping them as shrubs.

You talked about "Cat's Pyjamas", and your cat appeared just in time.😊

Good to know that I am not the only one got delayed shipment from Grace Rose Farm. I had my garden bed/terrace done in February in order to plant those exclusive "bare roots." Turns out not only shipping was delayed, instead of bare roots they are shipping containers 😔. I received one out of five orders. The plants are quite tiny (healthy though.) another issue they have is some of the roses are not up to their standards so will be further delayed until next year. They gave us few choices though...keep the order for next year plus a free rose and a grand gift certificate, replace with another available rose to ship now or just cancel it. I think they take up the responsibility very well so I am not mad, just a little disappointed with the circumstances. Oh well, good luck to all us 😊!
  • I am new on your channel and roses ‘ world. I like your garden so much. I am in Ca zone 9. I have a clean backyard smaller than yours but I am planning to plant some climbing roses on pots for now. I am still learning about roses and listening and watching video from roses’ lovers. Thank you for showing your garden.

Thanks for the tip on David Austin not doing well in the Georgia climate. I moved 2 DA Jubilee Celebration yesterday because they just look dead. I was so overjoyed when I purchased them. I hope they do better in this sunnier spot. I love your rose gardens. Thanks I live in Stonecrest, GA.
