When they say they didn't do it they've done it
  • I know everybody wants to celebrate the death of this man and I’m not gonna defend him but what about the hostages? What happens to them now? What disturbs me is no one seems to give a crap about the people being held, which includes Americans and people from other countries. Those are human beings and they have families, so do their lives suddenly don’t matter now, as long as we get a big terrorist? The way I see it. It’s like a hostage situation in the United States. Picture a dozen armed criminals took over a bank and held 30 innocent people hostage. Now, what do you think would happen if the swat team never bothered to contact the hostage takers and talk with them but just went in guns blazing? A lot of hostages would die, right? Now imagine they rigged the bank to explode but the government’s position on hostagetaking is we don’t negotiate with terrorists, well in that case everyone inside the bank dies. The guilty and the innocent and some swat team members who charged in. Well that’s like saying: “you take our people hostage you might as well kill them on the spot because there will be no discussions or deals, period. Now some people like BB think that’s a viable strategy to defeat terror. But ask any loved one who has someone being held at gunpoint if they are willing to trade the life if their loved one for the greater good? Who’s willing to let their son or daughter or friend or spouse die so that you can beat the terrorist or send them a message that we won’t budge? Would be be really take the stance if one of his children or someone he deeply loved was being held in Gaza or would he first try to get them back in one piece and put his aim of destroying this organization aside until that was done? I think this is a discussion worth having because that’s the policy that Israel has now we do not negotiate with him us. If you take her people, we’re just going to let them die because beating you is more important. I think people should be honest about the cost of such a policy , rather pretend that we’re going to get any of these people back alive after this.
