The MTA announced that the start date for congestion pricing will be June 30 — two weeks later than initially planned. The transit authority has opened applications for exemptions online. NBC New York's Andrew Siff reports.

    The Mta is a joke. The cameras are placed on the route that avoids tolls. Now if you want to go from queens or Brooklyn you are forced to pay the toll, pay the congestion pricing, or take the soul destroying public transportation system.
