  • My brother's sleep study revealed he stopped breathing every minute while asleep! He now has a c-pap. Greatful he is alive!

    18 months after I had a mild stroke and learned I have severe sleep apnea. I now use CPAP and monitor my sleep with an Apple Watch My question is how do I increase REM and deep sleep. I get 8 hours, mostly core
  • I had TIA 3 years ago, I noticed apnea after during morning sleep. A little scary.
