Good video! If you haven't yet i would open up the VST and clean it and the fuel pump screen out. When water ends up in there it grows a biofilm and will cause fuel starvation issues.

Life saver. Just got off the river and the telltale wasn’t peeing. Got a Tohatsu 60/40 Jet and it wouldn’t flush with a hose. 90% sure this is the issue!

Next thing you oughta do is add a wooldridge urethane jet foot. Bounce it off a rock and you don’t have to worry about it breaking the cast foot or doing something else to the boat.

How far are your angle ribs or chines placed on the bottom of your boat relative to the side ? I’m making a very similar boat to yours for my jet and I’m getting ready to weld on 2 chines. Was just curious yours seems perfect
