Started BFIAR 2 months ago with my three year old. She loves reading so it's been great to help present new topics and incorporate crafts into our day. She really loves blueberries for sal, jesse bear, play with me, and the little rabbit. We also incorporate fairytales as well! Loving your content lately!

Keep the FIAR content coming! Also, where did you get those hanging nature sketches behind you on the wall??

I love target pick up! I love planning videos. I also love planning and find it peaceful. I dont use 5 in a row and I found this to be so relaxing lol.

I’d love to see more Five In A Row content!! I came across it for the first time on your channel and as a trainee teacher I’d be really interested in using picture books for a variety of purposes in the classroom- 5 In A Row seems like a great way to do that!

Great video. I used Five In a Row with my kids who are now in college. I have one little "rower" left!
  • I love doing lessons over “How to Make an Apple Pie and See the World” it is such a fun learning book👍

I have been absolutely waiting for this video! I’ve also watched your previous 5 in a Row videos on repeat. I just bought More Before 5 in a Row for my 4 year old, and I am so excited. We are taking it super light and easy but she just loves revisiting the book that we are currently rowing. Thanks!!

Thank you for that last bit! I love what FIAR has brought your family culture. I want to bring a similar atmosphere of projects so I’ll definitely be looking at the mini units!
  • Thank you!! I love these planning videos!! We use five-in-a-row and love it!! We also love How to Make an Apple Pie and See the World. Also we loved Ping. My little ones remember the most of their geography from this curriculum!! ❤️❤️❤️
  • This was a great explanation of how to simply plan out FIAR! I wish someone would've shown or told me about it and like this when my when we started out way back when. I had people mention FIAR but I never understood how to use it really. It was very intimidating to me. But the way you planned thus can also be used for diy unit studies! My brain just clicked with the way and steps you use! Especially the undated part and leaving some white space. I will have to implement these ideas in my planner! Thanks so much! I would love love love to see more monthly updates on how you plan and workout all the FIAR lessons! I'm very interested! Ill check out the mini units too! Thanks so much for sharing!
  • Love this!! Please do more Five in a Row and BFIAR videos. I'm using both this year in a very similar way to you, so i'd love more inspiration. Thanks!
  • 😂 we do the same for projects! The good stuff we save and actually use!
  • @dannebragg6949
Thank you for this! Planning to use FIAR with my kinder and 4th grade girls while we roadschool this year. Would love to see more FIAR content!

I’ve been planning Before Five in Row for my preschooler! I printed out some lap book activity sheets for her to work on while I work with my big kids. I plan on doing some activities and crafts too but she really wanted “school work” like her older siblings.
  • @allibarbino3056
We love 5 in a row too! I need to get better at planning it so this was helpful!
  • I have never used FIAR but have been wanting to! Our 6th year HS and this was very helpful!
  • @caitirose89
We love FIAR as well! I’ve used it with both of my bigger kids and are currently using BFIAR with my 3yo this year. Love seeing how you plan yours out. Sometimes it can be tricky to plan all of the activities out and make it work around older kids school work.
  • Thank you for sharing your planning process! So many great ideas. Please make more FIAR videos.♥️
  • I have bought Five in a Row because of you! I haven't figured out how I'm going to fit it in our year yet. But really excited for us to try it out. Thank you for sharing your pinterest. I will definitely be using the resources you have saved.
