When you compare the "import card support" of late, Dark Magician support seems to be getting the short end of the stick, given that Blue-Eyes has the structure deck and Red-Eyes plays well with the Red-Boot side of High Tech Dragons (including the cover card, "Red Re-Boot Enhanced Boost Dragon"). Fortunately, a lot of cards meant to support Sevens Road Magician, when you use it as part of a DARK Spellcaster deck (as opposed to Dragoncaster or Sevens Wonder Fusion deck), also tend to work for Dark Magician. Keep in mind that Rush Duel avoids referring to cards by their archetype (eg. "Sevens Road" cards) - this is because some archetypes don't have an archetypal naming convention (eg. Romin's Psychic Musicians) or had them removed in localization (eg. Gavin's Three Dark Rulers), so you kind of have to make do with generic qualifiers that are clearly steering you towards specific cards. For example, "DARK Spellcaster with original ATK of 2500 or 2000" is a very roundabout way of saying DM or DMG. One of Rush Duel's greatest weaknesses is the tendency of having Tier 0 or near Tier 0 formats. Sevens Road Magician and Dragias have been part of two separate formats where they were part of a Tier 0 or near Tier 0 deck (Dragoncaster and Sevens Wonder Fusion). Another near Tier 0 format was Gate Order, which revolved around "Parallel Birth Gate" and (the once Limited but now Semi-Limited) "Secret Order", both cards being support for normal monster beatdowns. And yes, someone did make Dark Magician meta-relevant by using it as part of a Gate Order deck. As you are playing a LEGEND Normal monster (and even if you weren't), consider giving your deck "Legend Strike". And because you are playing at least one Level 7 monster, consider adding "Ship of Seven Treasures" to your deck. That card means you can run a better LEGEND Spell card for your deck. ("Pot of Greed" has a reputation of being a noob trap, as you can imagine.)
