A short review of the new Walther's FP7A's. These were DCC Ready, and I added the LokSound V5 decoders, with the factory sound files.
Only problem, the "motherboards" in these engines have a 2-pin socket for the speaker, and Walther's does Not provide a plug with pigtail wires for the speaker!
Watch & Listen, I've been installing DCC & sound for my customers for 18 years now, and had to solder the speaker to the motherboard, with an ISO-Tip soldering iron, using a needle point micro tip!

    I love these. I got 2 sets of the As and Bs. These are great for us C&O guys since as you said these can be used as freight or passenger engines.
