What Do I Need To Bring To My Real Estate Closing?

Published 2021-06-09
All parties of the transaction need to be present at closing. If you are married, 99% of the time - you will need to bring your spouse to closing.

You need to bring your Valid, Photo ID. As a seller, you need to bring your Proceeds instructions and the house keys.

Write down all the things you want to be answered at the closing, so you can be sure to ask any and all questions at the closing table.
