Tell u guys what even if Bobby’s nutrition coaching might seem a little bit inconsistent occasionally… he teaches good things. This guys videos are what got me checking labels and avoiding processed food in general.

Ocean Spray have been selling crap for years, their juice back in the day was 3% cranberry juice. Then people woke up and realized they were using high fructose corn syrup too. I live in SE Massachusetts in cranberry country and the (non organic) industry used herbicides, pesticides, fungicides & pesticides

Bobby, have you done a video of Apeel, the wax preservative coating being used at several big market chains to extend the (fresh) life of fruits and vegetables? Does Costco use it? Is it safe?

I just buy extra bags of cranberries during the Thanksgiving/Christmas cooking season and throw them in the freezer. Take a quarter cup of those babies and add some dates or prunes or shredded coconut for sweeteners and you got toppings for oatmeal or whatever floats your fancy.

Bobby, I think you provide great health food information. Good luck with your meniscus surgery. It took me about 2 years to fully recuperate from a slight meniscus tear. Take it easy at the gym after the surgery.

For the kombucha, I wish they would label it like synergy does, where it mentions only 3g of cane sugar for the fermentation, and the rest is from the fruit, but can be lower cause of the living probiotics

Thanks to you, Bobby, my diabetic husband has finally started to pay attention to what is in our food and what his nutritionist tells him🙂 Myself, cooking and caregiving, I have learned so much from you. Q: Paying such a close attention to ingrediencies, how about all the chemicals/preservatives? Is it not in fact a decoy for the fact there is something else in there, not so healthy?

I love Victoria sauce. Just be aware that they only comes to Costco twice a year - July/August and I think Feb/March. I always stock up because once they are gone, you have to wait 6 months.
