RIP Bob, thank you for all the laughs. 🫡 Now he can be together with Rickles, Johnny, Ed, and ofc his lovely wife Ginny ❤. Comedy like this you don't see nowadays.

Two great men, true entertainers, Carson had great guests; the animals were hilarious. I watched everything Newhart. Humor, talent without vulgarity, those were the days.
-
RIP Bob keep heaven laughing!
-
I so admired Bob and his dry Humor and he is indeed up in Heaven making all Laughing and Loving all you have always brought to Our World! RIP Bob Newhart! 🌹🌈

Watching these brings good memories, but also despair to realize how far we have fallen. Nothing comparable to this today.
-
Miss them all... full of kindness, fun, laughter, and good will towards all 👍

What a legacy. Those two fantastic shows, the standup, the appearances, and always that understated delivery. When doing ensemble work, he let those around him shine even more than himself. And I always enjoyed those standup routines, his half of the phone calls and interviews. Comedy gold. He will be missed. But he lives on in those who follow in his footsteps, like his most ardent student, Carrot Top. Okay, maybe not Carrot Top.

Rest In Peace, Bob🌹

Great days indeed. Miss you Johnny, Ed and Bob.

Thanks for the laughs, Bob. You're reunited with your lovely wife Ginny, and your friends Don Rickles and Buddy Hackett. RIP.

Love watching intelligent conversation along with the seventies men’s attire.
-
RIP Bob Newhart. One of the great comics of that era.
-
I love the fact that Bob is smoking right there on camera. The good old days.
-
He was the last. Godspeed
-
They were each working a little hard to keep this one going but it was still pleasant.
-
Newhart was a gem. I will miss him.

If you were fortunate enough to be alive in the 1970s, count your blessimgs, it was a great era of talent, music and freedom.
