Every time you re-watch this trailer wanting more you are 1 minute and 36 seconds closer to it's release.

Nintendo is single handedly keeping me alive with this one franchise(no pressure Nintendo)

No other game gives me this feeling I get from botw, so unbelievably hyped for this.
  • The Sorrow
Despite the trailer not showing too much gameplay, this truly does look like a BotW sequel and not just the same game with added elements. That glider looks like it would be amazing to use to reach distant areas. I can't wait to play this game and more of this beautiful world!

This game releases literally one day after my birthday. The timing is incredible. I’m certain that this is gonna be one of the most special birthday experiences ever. This game’s going to be a BLAST to play, so excited!!!

I will always respect when games get pushed back for the sake of perfection. 5 years for a worthy sequel will always be better than 2 years for a buggy mess

I can sense this game is going to be something really special! So beyond excited for this new adventure!

Proper dungeons would be super cool, if not I’m sure the devs have some stuff in mind. I’m very exited for new villages, bosses, music, environment, lore, etc. I wonder how links health is gonna look, is he gonna go back to three hearts? An underwater village or one that rose from the sea might be nice, doing something with lake hylia would be so cool!
  • Always loved the subtlety in the Zelda trailers, makes me all the more excited! Cheers, fellow Hylians! 💚

Im actually glad they are taking their time with this game, i am very patient and very excited!
  • If this game is as deep as Breath of the Wild it will be worth the 6 year wait

This looks so epic! I can't believe it's been 5 years since Breath of the Wild!

I can already feel myself wanting to play through this game various times, can’t wait!

If it took them six years of development to complete breath of the wild and they’re using the same base map, physics, and shading, imagine how much more content there’s going to be compared to the first one with the entire original games development time for new things.

I love the dynamic between breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom

Botw being the introduction to an open world and new gamplay and understanding the new mechanics and features while somewhat explaining a vague story as to what is going on and what needs to be done.

Totk revolves around the storyline alot more (while still introducing new mechanics ofc) but still explains a completely new, untold story of anchient ruins that symbolize several different possibilities and meanings.

"Tears" could have a double meaning to it. "Tears" like a somber tone and the sadness that came after what the kingdom has been through. Or "Tears" like the fragments of a kingdom being torn apart and the violent aftermath that followed the kingdom.

Can’t wait to get another 300 hours in this new Zelda game!
