Looks great Cappy. I built an overland trailer and drove to Overland Expo West last month for its first big trip. I wish you luck and patience and if I can share anything or where i got supplies here in Alberta, let me know.. Look forward to seeing it at AOAE, maybe on the trail this summer!

You could also use a colour match raptor liner bedliner on the outside.

I love it man, I built one at the first of the year on my channel, now I'm building a second one for my daughter. It's been a lot of work. I love the pop up tent top. I want to build one like that. Keep 'em coming.

Gosh! I am so looking forward to this build! Love everything about it. I have been obsessed about building a trailer and honestly ever since the EX-2 build you have always been the reference, no pressure ;-) I think this one is going to be the ultimate build and it’s hard to wait for the next video. I will have to watch this one about a dozen times and make notes. I am very curious about the rear hatch for sure. I really want to do the pop top as well but evidently don’t have the tent you already have. I will go back to the channel and watch that build. Thanks for kicking the channel started again and god speed on the build.

Well normally I wouldnt take on another project but once again you inspired me to do so, I'm gonna try to do a 48hr trailer build off challenge this winter.......beginning to end 48hrs.....possible???

What about gussets on the frame corners to give a little bit more strength? Our Offroad teardrop suffered some frame bends and had to be replaced w added gussets due to the weight and torque on the frame

I saw the reveal video before this one and happy I did. Seriously a solide setup. I love to. Since mine is over due for some suspension love, I have one question. Why torsion suspension instead on Timbren?

Cappy where did you find those side lights you put on for lighting up your work space? I'm looking for similar lights for our expedition vehicle build. They look kinda like license plate lights? Are they nice and bright?
