Chris Watts is the Frederick (northern Colorado) man who eventually admitted to murdering his pregnant wife (Shanann Watts, pregnant with Nico Lee Watts) and two young daughters (Bella Watts and Celeste Watts) on the morning of August 13, 2018. Early that morning, Chris Watts covered up the scene of his crime by loading his deceased pregnant wife and two young daughters into the back seat of his work truck, which took him about 50 minutes.
His pregnant wife, Shanann, was found buried in a shallow grave in an eastern Colorado oil field (CERVI 319) where Chris worked and the bodies of his two little girls were found dumped in oil tanks. I live just 40 minutes south of where all this happened, so this case literally hits close to home.
At first Chris Watts claimed his family was just missing and that’s where we’re going to start in this video. We’re going to watch through police body cameras how this first day unfolded and I’ll point out Chris’s body language which caused police to really suspect he was guilty. Since cameras are now everywhere with doorbell cameras, police body cameras, and cell phone cameras, it’s shocking to witness first-hand how everything unfolded and then unraveled quickly for Chris that first day.

As sad as this all is, my favorite thing will always be watching neighbor Nate staring at Chris the whole time, letting Chris know that he knows he did something to his family. That’s a good man. He’s no fool.

Imagine if your wife and kids were genuinely missing. You'd demand that officer knock down the door, even if you were 30 seconds away. When you found out your neighbor had a camera, you'd race over to find any possible clue. You'd sprint to the pool. The fact CW doesn't know how to even pretend to act, shows what a monster he really is.

Ok so he choked his wife to death in a rage while fighting. That's sadly the worst end in abusive relationships. But driving for an hour with his two girls alive and then killing them? That's a whole other level of psycho.

The fact that the male neighbour quickly suspected him shows that he must of not known his neighbours as well as he thought he did.

Can we applaud and praise the police officer? He knocked on every window, asked more than a lot of questions, did whatever he could to bring Chris home. And also the neighbor Nate...he knows Chris's habits exactly - "he never backs his car into the garage". Amazing attention to details.

This is something I will never understand. My wife, two daughters and three grandsons are my whole life. Without them I am nothing. I hurt for those babies and their sweet mother.😢
