This woman's family should sue Metro into oblivion. There is zero fare enforcement, zero police presence, and zero help for passengers facing an emergency. Negligence.

Demons are everywhere in L.A. the dead woman, a mother, was in her 60s. No threat to anyone. Homeless man, black. Criminal record for assaults. He shouldn’t be out of prison. Dangerous.

Passengers shouldn't just be "on edge" they should be RIOTING about this and suing the Metro for all they've got. this city is just out of control. I have used trains and subways all over Europe and there is NOTHING like this anywhere!
