As a coach from a different sport i stumbled across this on youtube not expecting to sit through the whole thing. I ended up glued to the tv and writting notes. Fantastic thank you for filming this.

It’s crazy that Steve Gladstone is ~80/81 years old here and is spry and seems 65 at most. Kinda blew my mind after seeing this that he was born in 1941

I row in a master program, and I am a pianist and a piano teacher. Steve's philosophies are applicable to anyone as a learner, and anyone as a teacher. Great wisdoms! And so true about devoting yourself to others and the feeling you get from that. Great documentary!

Really well done. Getting a glimpse into the Yale Men's Rowing program, and how Steve operates is amazing. There is so much to like about the way you put this together. It's definitely raised the bar a bit. I think getting insight into how they approach training, coaching, and just life in general is the real take away here. Taking a look at things inch-wide, mile deep, helps to show how we can learn so much from examining anything deeply where great success or achievement has been found. Thank You. Will be waiting to see your future videos.
