Ray's IQ just dropped when he fulfilled his escape plan (even though it didn't succeed)

See you in 5 years when they make To Promised Neverland: Kindergarten.
  • The moment you realize that nobody wanted to take credit for writing episodes 10 and 11, you know that these people have hated what they created
  • People: manga is bad. studio: ok, we'll fix it proceeds to erase all good parts from the manga and make the bad ones even worse

Congrats promised neverland fans. Now you understand what it feels like to be a Tokyo ghoul and berserk fan.

i legit almost cried after realizing how much they ruined ray, it's even worse than in the manga...... like his personality was watered down and he just started to blindly follow emma. in season one he always disagreed with emma because of their different logic and morals but now... :(
  • GoT season 8, Berserk 2016, and Tokyo Ghoul: "FINALLY A WORTHY OPPONENT OUR BATTLE SHALL BE LEGENDARY"

The worst part for me was that slight bit of hope they hinted at when emma said she'd stay back, making you think it was gonna lead into a season 3 anime only story, only for it to wrap up everything with a powerpoint presentation

Reasons why I kinda disliked season 2: 1. They skipped my fav arc: Goldy Pond 2. They didn't add Yuugo or Lucas 3. They got reunited with Norman unbelievably fast 4. They didn't follow the manga they randomized the plot instead 5. Emma and Phil didn't get reunited in gracefield 6. Isabella didn't die
  • They also never went back to: - Sonju literally saying that he can't wait to eat wild humans (which is so important considering he was taking care of all of those kids for a couple days) - The secret that the demon whispered to Isabella's ear when she was in prison (the demon was going to kill her, but said he would spare her if she brought all of the kids back and then whispered another thing she would be rewarded with) - THEY NEVER TALKED ABT THOSE SOLDIERS THAT RAIDED THE SHELTER? YOU'RE TELLING ME SOLDIERS WITH GUNS WERE DEFEATED BY LITTLE KIDS WITH BOWS AND ARROWS????? - They never talked more about Ray being Isabella's son, one of the biggest plot twists in the show. - They also made Phil seem so important, I was expecting a whole episode (at least) dedicated to him making a plan with the other kids to escape, since he seemed like Emma v2. - They never talked about the guy with a paper bag over his head, or the room that had scribbles on the walls (Yuugo's room in the manga). - There was also no emotion when Peter killed himself, like when Isabella apologized to the children, his body and blood just disappeared lol. - Also they forgave Isabella so easily??? I just feel bad for the animators who are so underpaid and making barely enough money to live, spending hours away from their family to make something to make they believed would be good. I need to know how the producers sleep at night knowing they did this.
  • I also don't like what they did to Ray's character, he's like... just there. they didn't even mention the fact that he's Isabella's son, like, she didn't even look at him, and it was such a huge twist in the first season, I thought it would be more relevant. Her betrail also came out of nowhere, in the begining os the season she looked ready to sell all the kids and then sudely she helped them, like...

Director: We need ideas on how to successfully end this anime! Paid Editor: How about we take things slow? We go by the manga and have a few switch ups from time to time. That way it'll be more of a build up and- Director: That is the worst idea I have ever heard, you're fired. Random guy: How about we make a slideshow? Director: Genius! Absolutely brilliant! You're hired!

hopefully in the near future we can find out what really happened and who is to blame for how this season ended up... but either way i do feel bad for everyone that worked on it, since i cant imagine anyone of em is proud of this giant mess

Emma not interacting with Asyhe was a huge opportunity both the Manga and Anime wasted. That would have added genuine weight as to why Emma doesn't want to kill the Demons. Because Ayshe existence show the potential compassion towards humans.

It's even more heartbreaking to realise how easily some of the problems could've been fixed. Don't oversimplify characters, don't make all stakes meaningless, focus more of character which you did at the beginning.

dude Yugo sitting in that room eating biscuits is THE MOST iconic pannel of the manga, along with the one where they find the first dead little girl seeing the room empty just hurts so bad.... flat out just thanos snap out of existence my favorite character in the series.... they did my boy Yugo so dirty T.T

By the wise words of Moist Cr1tikal, The Promised Neverland truly ended at season 1.
