So good to hear an English speaker who can actually pronounce French place names.

One of the oldest cities in Canada—having celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2008—Quebec city has a distinct old-world character and charm. It is the only remaining walled city in North America north of Mexico and was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1985.

Of course my favorite memories of Quebec City is food - Lapin Saute for duck dishes and La Petite Cabane a Sucre for soft serve maple ice cream. I also loved all the artists selling their art work in a park. Thank you for your videos!
  • Thanks for reminding me of how wonderful and charming Old Quebec City is! I loved your tour....It reminded me of a few places I have yet to visit..... Lots of terrific visuals in this piece which I really enjoyed.....!
  • It looks like you & Marc had a really fun time seeing many sights around in Québec City for this video.

Great video. Certainly brings back memories, i was fortunate to have studied in the old city for 2 years just before uni. It was a magical time. In summer, there are loads of festivals and activities, so its buzzing with people. In winter, the looks are simply majestic, with the old buildings under the fresh snow. Postcard perfect. If you haven't visited, summer or winter, its certainly worth the stop 😊

Montmorency Falls is beautiful and worth a trip as well.
  • Excellent coverage, Eileen 🙌 Spoken so well! I've always heard it's a beautiful city! Perhaps one day. I'd love to see it all, but for now, I'll go with both Churches and the Art Museum. Lovely share, and you two, Enjoy!❤️!
  • All of them are my interest me the most and your smile is amazing!

We visit the city once a year and have been for about 10 years now. We've been there in every season now and I recommend autumn, it feels like the city was made for the fall.
  • I would love to visit Quebec City! I was going to say on previous recent vlogs of Canada I absolutely love how you explain facts and your curiosity, it’s obvious you love historical parts of things and share what you learn and discover. I love your enthousiasme and kindness! I’m so glad you guys have started vlogging again! I always learn something new with you even if it’s just where to get the best potatoes in Istanbul hey Mark 🤭🤣🫶🏼sorry I couldn’t help! Sending love to both Sabrina🇫🇷🇬🇧
