Damon was probably the best songwriter of the 2000's. And also one of the coolest in the 90s as well
-
This is for me by far the best Gorilaz song. To mix Sadness and melancholic sounds is not an easy task,it require to be mature as a musician and this song has it all..Its an underground masterpice
-
0:16 did anyone else notice the mom giving her son a kiss in the bottom left? very wholesome
-
Damn this Damon Albarn guy sounds a lot like 2D
-
3:14 Damon is just straight up vibing.
-
Her dance move during “working the machine” is iconic. How can you not do it every time during that line now? Lol
-
Her voice sounds like a more mature, experienced version of Kali Uchis. It hits hard and smooth. Amazing voice.
-
Do you think those audience members realize how lucky they are?
-
I love how everyone's groovin' out. What a chill atmosphere.

DAMON'S DANCING WHEN LITTLE DRAGON IS SINGING IS GOLD

‘My little feet working the machine’ is shout to everyone making this shit work forward! We are the Empire of Ants!💜
-
By far my fav song off that Plastic Beach album ... when it released i played it in my car, my house, my headphones ... everywhere ... and now i will again!
-
Yukimi is incredible...never heard a voice like hers. Otherworldly.
-
12 years later I am STILL watching this, and will forever more!

I'm sitting on a hospital bed. Anxiety through the roof. Ekg machine hooked up. Need to relax. This song... the melody... is all I need.
-
I had a small understanding of gorillaz up until the last few weeks. Then I fell down the rabbit hole of the story of the animated band and WOW!!! So much FANTASTIC music. This song is UNBELIEVABLE. I am now a Gorillaz FREEK!!!
-
Little Dragon is what I imagine live-action Noodle looking like.
-
I don’t think there’s ever been a live performance that’s ever soothed my mind as much as this, the violin and instrumentals of the beat transition calms my mind like crazy. Thankyou Damon!

This arrangement of Empire Ants is so amazing.

Seeing her sing on this tour was amazing. She'd look up at the lights and blast these notes like there was nothing else in the universe but just her and the sound in that eternal moment.
