Is it just me or is this too coincidental that Maui Jasper and other tourist spots where there is restrictions on buildings etc and population are getting burned down for MUlti corporations and developers to take over.?? I think this was no accident and that is why the response was so extremely slow.

Photo shows building on fire and trees standing there. There need to be a fire investigation , from real fire fighters who are independent from the government

I don't know if anyone has ever cleaned rooms,One of the hardest jobs ever....... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 wow lady.

Large stands of beetle wood burn incredibly fast and hot and jasper had lots of it. Park managers never do any fire mitigation and federal and provincial parks are the most dangerous places to be next to from a fire perspective.

This reminds me of Hawaii, what a shame.Prayers to all of the residents of Jasper😢
  • Just like in Kelowna no one did anything until it was out of control They knew the fires were coming they could have stopped a lot of that destruction

That hotel was so run down. She hasn't put money into it for years. Im surprised it wasn't condemned to be honest
  • @rhphotocdn
She seems really concerned being in “Anguilla” and all. Tragic what’s happening but you’d think if she was really concerned she fly back to Canada and Jasper.

The smile on this womans face says it all, she never lost nothing, oh yeah our insurance premiums will go up and she will double the prices of her rooms in her newly build hotel!!!
  • TLDR: She was shocked that a hotel surrounded by trees and fire burned down.
