Interested how they'll format this with an expanded 48 teams and how much travel will be involved for supporters to follow their respective teams.

It makes me happy to share the world cup with my neighbor countries. Anything to bring us a little closer. ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฆ. The three amigos. Cheers from America.
-
1994 in the US still holds the "most attended" World Cup record. 2026 will blow that record out of the water.
-
Fun Fact the AZTECA STADIUM is where 2 of the best players of all time have won the world cup. PELE IN THE 70'(BRAZIL) AND MARADONA IN THE 86' (ARGENTINA).
-
Holy they announced it literally 2 hours ago and you made this video fastโฆ. Really nice to have the World Cup in Vancouver, I watched this tournament since I was 6 y/o and its a gift to have it be announced for my city ๐

Azteca has gone through lots of small changes over the past two decades and has gone from an old stadium with charm and great views to a mishmash of seating arrangements and odd choices. However, it is already scheduled to close down later this year for a complete renovation with big ambitions; I've seen plans that will transform it into something akin to SoFi Stadium.

Some facts about Mercedes Benz in Atlanta: It's designed to support a grass pitch; it has full irrigation and drainage. In fact, the existing artificial turf is watered for every Atlanta United match to speed up the ball. Capacity-wise, for soccer it can hold at least 73,019 as that was the crowd for the 2018 MLS Cup. It's an amazing venue and we can't wait to welcome the world ... again. 30 years ago we did the Olympics and now the World Cup. Awesome stuff.

Within two hours after FIFA announced the host cities for 2026, this video drops. Pretty impressed by the quick turnaround.

Lmao the narrator is brutally honest with some of these stadiums ๐คฃ๐คฃ and that includes my Leviโs stadium lol
-
My city Guadalajara have an amazing stadium and people are so excited.
-
Being from Bangladesh, that joke about Levi was funny af!! ๐๐
-
Really hoping Ireland qualify, would love to get a group game somewhere in Mexico for the party ๐ฎ๐ช ๐ฒ๐ฝ
-
5:25 thatโs a real beauty right there, refreshing compared to all the other high tech American stadiums.
-
The BBVA in Monterrey , looks absolutely amazing! Both the inside, with that soccer field , and those beautiful mountain views! Not to mention the futuristic stainless steel in the outside!
-
I like the SoFi stadium and the one in Mexico with the mountain background
-
Mercedies Benz stadium ๐ is my favorite stadium out of all of them .
-
The azteca stadium ๐๏ธ in Mexico city. Is gonna gonna start a full renovation and new buildings around it. It's gonna be close for the next 4 years since renovation starts this fall.
-
Sad that Las Vegas is not part of this. Both the venue and accommodations there are top notch for event like this.
-
Super excited that is coming over here. Iโm gonna try to catch the games in Monterrey, LA and ATL

I live near Seattle. The infrastructure around Lumen field where, the Sounders and Seahawks play, is great. Light rail train, busses, plenty of hotels, parks, great atmosphere etc. And it's a few hours away from Vancouver BC I'm super excited.
