ENGLISH TRANSLATION (Tried to jot down all the relevant things in crisp and to the point manner) if something is left out do add to it. How gemstones work? As per the shloka that sir said in the video; its literal translation being , what is inside you is outside you. Deeper meaning; your smallest of the small action matters. It gets replicated in the universe. How does any remedy work? 5 elements in the body ; fire, air, water, earth and sky. Remedy changes one of these elements in you. • GEMSTONES have earthly energy of practicality since they are made inside the womb of the earth. • They absorbed the energy from sky while being inside earths womb. Therefore gives energies to our body. • Before wearing MANIK/ ruby- start eating sun related things. Red millets, red chillies, for a few days early in the morning after waking up only drink pomegranate juice and observe how your day goes by/ how your body responds. After that wear the manik/ ruby. STONE OF SUN:- (MANIK /RUBY) • controls orbits of all planets. • symptoms after wearing manik/ruby:- stomach upset, vomits, digestive issues. • you will start making boundaries with others. • who should wear ruby/ manik? :- who are in a profession where they work independently and a lot of people are dependant on them.
