Check out TheraminTrees video:    • ‘unconsciously’ seeking abusers? | bo...

TheraminTrees makes a wonderful comparison between two concepts. He compares the unconscious, with the possession by a demon. Both concepts can be used to overcode you. When someone tells you that you are not yourself, it creates a hierarchy that implies a sovereign position and a passive counterpart. If you accept this hierarchy, you will probably internalize further models and definitions of yourself. Of course Deleuze and Guattari show in their books, that this is the path to neurosis and subjugation. But they create a flexible map with their philosophy, that can lead you out of this hierarchy. I look forward to explaining this further, but until I start posting videos regularly again, it's really worth getting to know TheraminTrees and his concept of therapy. I find him extremely precise, empathetic and inspiring. And the world could use a lotmore of that, right now.

Had to listen a few times as I initially thought you were going to be a christian apologist, claiming demons were real. (The title primed me). Being a fan of TheraminTrees channel and having listened to channels discussing Deluse and Gautree, I'll definitely check out your channel. Might want to consider changing the title of this short though. As an ex-theist / fundy christian, any sense of "demons are real" fill me with a sense of rage, both for having once believed that myself, but also the disinformation and BS that is naturally spread with such beliefs. Though your message might be informative and slightly click-bait, the click-bait got me ready to rage at this video, but it took three careful listening to realize what you were actually saying. Just saying, I don't know how many of TheraminTree fans would have avoided or not given the short a chance. Look forward to checking out the channel. (P.S. If anything, I think the explaination of overcodig would be useful for anyone attempting to sort themselves out after coming out of an abusive relationship or religion. Have to still be on guard of that myself. :) )

Hi! Love your content!! I'm about to start a degree in psychology and looking forward to a more deleuzian/guattari, whatever... approach to therapy.I know you have some background on this field and was curious to know if you know about interesting rhizhomatic practices in psychology or any authors you might think of in these terms, actually any kind of information would be very much welcomed. Lmk and keep up with the amazing work, looking forward to the new directions and episodes you might take in the future, thx in advance ;)
