UpscalerBasePlugin Quick Install using MO2

I know you uploaded this about a year ago but i'd just like to say thank you for making this clear, I imagined this is how you would do it but found it so hard to find a mo2 guide. Nearly all tutorials for this tell you the old school way of dragging the whole set of folders into the base directory. Many people are running off one or multiple modlists these days and need to know that the overwrites is for all purposes, anything you could throw into the skyrim game directory, but only for the time you are playing the game so the skyrim directory is always clean. I can't understand why anyone would tell you to install even a single mod without using a mod manager yet almost all guides do.

To be clear, the dll that is downloaded in this video will only work for Nvidia RTX 4000 series video cards. 2000 and 3000 series owners will need the DLSS 2.5.1 dll on that page. Owners of other vendors' cards will need to download the DLLs for their vendors, also linked to on the UpscalerBasePlugin description page.

Is there any way to get this to work with Vortex? Whenever i try to install the baseplugin nothing happens

So why is this a Vortex only download? How are you downloading it through MO2 if it opens up Vortex automatically instead of MO2? I have MO2 installed, it's my default mod manager... I don't have Vortex, yet it opens Vortex........? Help?

There's a problem with people who uses ENB. They both share the same END key for toggling menu

07/01/2024 it doesn't work at least with DLSS now, game instant CTD when this is installed. Shame.
