I came here because I’m a very spiritual person going through a major shift. Due to trauma, lack of trust, and fears of change, there is what feels to be a blockage and I feel thats what’s causing my migraines. I’ve never had them before until all of these challenges. Here’s to leaving a karmic relationship, healing, and growing. Typically I would not comment, but I know there is someone else who might be going through the same situation. If I can get through it, then so can you. You’re going to be okay and life is going to get so much better.

I release overtaking , the past , future thinking , fears , doubts, illusions, delusions , traumas & mental imbalance. I now transmute this and believe in myself and my power . I am whole . I accept myself, I forgive myself . I love myself . I believe in myself.

I’ve gone from meditating for 10mins, to 20mins and now onto 30mins. Definitely more positive and it has brought down my anxiety. I used to fidget a lot, like moving my feet back and fourth or flicking pens. Then one day in the office, I notice that I was sitting still and I no longer doing those things and I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time. 😊❤️❤️

This is the exact feeling what i used to have as a child once. Looking at something beautiful like a mountain and feeling a sense of connection.
