A good way to fix this would be to add an ammunition type called speed-loader.

They made it more realistic. The Executioner is based off of the Taurus Judge, and is now just as useless as the real world gun.

I actually don't mind this update. Reloading each individual shell has it's upsides and downsides. Instead of reloading the whole cylinder, you can squeeze one more round in, and get a quick kill. It's viable when you need one or two more rounds, you need them quick. It's kind of like how shotguns used to be, where you could cancel the pump action after reloading a shell, and keep firing.
