George RR Martin writes female characters surprisingly well. He knows how a medieval setting would treat them and how their reactions would be. They all fought to get somewhere, it wasn’t handed to them through pity. And they each have their own character

Honestly more people need to acknowledge sansa's strength. She might not be the strongest physically but she has suffered a lot and she survived all of it. People think she is some weak character but honestly it takes real strength to survive what she survived.

Beautifully done. I just miss Margaery saying “Women like us need to do the best of our circumstances”, that was an epic quote, and probably affected Sansa a lot considering her future choices…
